Hibbetts, GameStop, Sally Beauty, Armed Forces Recruiting, Jackson Hewitt, and Koiya Japanese Restaurant all opened in November at Dublin Commons, in Dublin Georgia. Cato and Nail Studio will open later this month leaving the center at 90% leased.
We are excited to report that all tenants beat or exceed their Holiday projections, and feel that this is a good sign as we head into the New Year. Wal-Mart continues to have strong sales, and it is obvious that as one of the few National Big Box retailers that will show increases this year is the anchor that everyone wants to be next to.
