John Mottram founded JJ MOTTRAM COMPANY in 2007.  Mr. Mottram has over 21 years of experience in retail leasing, marketing, development of commercial real estate, and tenant representation.  He worked for Jim Wilson & Associates for four years, where he was the lead leasing agent for four regional malls in the Carolinas as well as the Riverchase Galleria, in Birmingham, Alabama. After Jim Wilson & Associates, Mr. Mottram was the Vice President of Leasing & Development for 16 years at McClinton & Company in Montgomery, Alabama. At McClinton & Company, Mr. Mottram's responsibilities included land acquisition for various commercial developments, coordination of zoning, planning, construction schedules, budgets, leasing, sales, and tenant representation. Mr. Mottram specializes in land acquisition, such as the compilation of 70 different parcels assembled for the Midtown Plaza in Montgomery. In addition, he has developed a strong ability to market commercial property for such clients as Wal-Mart Realty.
